All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices, promotions and delivery rules shown on the Site (including delivery areas and telephone contact) are informational and may change; the Site lists delivery areas such as Richmond, Vancouver, North Shore and others, and provides a contact number for questions. 3. Payment
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize charges for your orders. We do not store full payment card data on our servers.
4. Intellectual Property

5. Limitation of Liability (IMPORTANT)
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MEDITERRANEAN SPECIALTY FOODS, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
YOU AGREE THAT OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU (IF ANY) FOR THE SPECIFIC GOODS OR SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE PRIOR SIX (6) MONTHS.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia.
